How it works?
The hotel Guest scans the QR code at the reception desk.
Guest receives all the most important information about the hotel and their stay in 3 languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English.
Guest communicates with the hotel in their language using well-known communicators (WhatsApp).
The system detects the language and translates the messages. The hotel answers in Polish and SmartChat automatically translates and sends it to the Guest in their native language.
